  5. Aug 01,  · I'm a big fan of the first Brand Nubian album and all the singles taken from it. The rerecorded / Radio Version of "All For One" is dope on here, and the "Tramp Remix" is very good, too. However, I loved the original LP version of "Concerto In X Minor", and I have to say that the remix version on here is slow and plodding compared to the original/5(34).

  6. The Brand Nubian 'movement' could have folded after Grand Puba opted out after their first album(the classic "All For One"). Thankfully, just two years after the debut, Lord Jamar and Sadat X returned, along with DJ Sincere, carrying on the Brand Nubian name and the teachings of the 5% of Islam/5(25).

  7. This album stands right up there with "One For All," and I can see if some listeners might prefer this one. Brand Nubian leaves behind most of the religious rhetoric and negative comments toward the "devils," yet this album is all about uplifting and healing the listeners, especially the Black community. For 20 tracks, the album flows quite nicely/5(18).
